↓The final stages of Zimbabwe's 2013 Constitution were negotiated in the room that now carries its name, away from the capital and out of reach of interruption. The story is told in the Danish documentary Democrats.
That is the argument for meeting here. Two hundred and ninety kilometres from Harare, delegates stay on site, eat together, and have nowhere to be but the room. The Castle and the game park are open to conference delegates at no charge.
A full-day package includes morning tea and refreshments, a three-course lunch buffet with two soft drinks, afternoon tea, bottled water, notepad and pen, flip chart, projector and Wi-Fi. Tea breaks are part of the package and are not separated out. Delegates stay at conference bed-and-breakfast rates, quoted with the package.

We have 59 rooms, of which 45 can be converted to twin beds, giving a capacity of 104 delegates sharing. Larger groups overflow to neighbouring establishments a few kilometres away, and we coordinate the transport.
