↓A Leopard Rock wedding is an exclusive-use wedding. Your guests fill the fifty-nine rooms, up to 59 couples, and the hotel closes its gates to everyone else for the Friday and Saturday nights.
The nightly rate for the whole hotel includes breakfast for every guest. It is largely offset by what you charge your guests for their rooms, and our reservations team handles those bookings for you. Catering is separate and is planned with the chef. Weekdays are more flexible, which suits destination weddings with guests from abroad.
Included, at no further charge: the Castle; the Game Park; the Ballroom, which was the casino; the La Roche ballroom for banquets to 120; the Conservatory; the Regency and Windsor Lounges; the Clubhouse; the outdoor chapel on the golf course; and the bowling field, which takes a marquee for up to four hundred. Exclusive use of the golf course, with no green fees, is available for a daily fee.

Weekend weddings take both Friday and Saturday nights. Check dates with reservations before anything else; peak season and the festive period fill a year ahead.
A deposit secures the two nights. We open a group code so your guests book their own rooms at the rate you set, and the room revenue comes off your bill.
Ceremony at the chapel or the Castle, reception in the Ballroom or a marquee, dinner with the chef's menu, breakfast for everyone. Golf, sundowners and the game park for the guests who arrive early.
